What is a response?

We count survey responses - not question responses. Whenever someone starts filling out your survey, despite the number of questions in it, we count it as one response. Important fact - we record each and every single response, even if the survey hasn’t been completed.

What will happen if I go over responses limit?

You’ll be able to increase your limit by purchasing additional responses. When the limit is met Survicate stops sending data to integrated applications and limits reporting to responses gathered before the time you reached your limit. The system will alert you if you are close to reach your limit throughout your subscription period.
